Project Overview: This 2020 development was conceptualized as a long-term hold investment. From land acquisition to re-zoning this project was completed in 4 years. Successfully managed the lease-up during the first wave of the global COVID pandemic. The project was fully stabilized to 100% occupancy in June 2021.

Sources of funding included private individuals and regional construction lending partners. This project ROI exceeded our partners’ expectations.
